There’s a very poignant scene at the end of the movie Casino where Robert DeNiro’s character, Sam “Ace” Rothstein, reflects on the hubris that eventually brings down the Tangiers casino, a big portion of Cosa Nostra, and the eventual eradication of mafia influence over Las Vegas. The implication is that once the mafia was thrown [...] Stop sounding silly. - Kote is not pronounced “coat”. And how could I forget? - Usukane is not pronounced “usu-cane” There are no silent syllables in Japanese. Everything is enunciated. I am amazed at the number of people I see sell their characters… …just to eventually come back and keep playing. And this doesn’t even account for the number of people who were banned and picked right back up where they left off. In as much as I’d love to sell Talint for the several tens of dollars [...] Something to look forward to when the cap is raised: When building a zerg alliance, having to deal with fifteen level 99 SAMs, with three level 75 BRDs. |
