I kind of need to say this.
Shut the fuck up about the parser.
I do not understand everyone’s fascination about “winning the parse”. There’s about a thousand things that can go wrong in any zerg fight, and about a thousand more factors that can affect who does what kind of damage in any fight. Maybe Kirin uses Great Whirlwind against you early in a fight. Maybe Dynamis Lord gets out Violent Rupture, and everyone has to run back to him. Maybe Sarameya gets out a Fire IV through the Chainstun and kills off a player. Maybe someone didn’t get a Haste cast on them.
There’s about five thousand things that affects a player’s ability to zerg. Stop fucking caring about winning it and instead be concerned that we’re successful about killing the thing we’re zerging. Oh, and yes, I’ve won parses before. So this isn’t a matter of, “well he’s just jealous that he can’t win one”. It’s just fucking stupid. You wouldn’t be able to do shit if wasn’t for support jobs giving you the boosts you need to be able to zerg something.
Use a parser to determine how good of a DD you are, and that you’re capable of dealing appropriate amounts of damage. Not to make sure that you deal the most fucking damage in a zerg.
This shit is ridiculous.
